Our long-awaited cotranscriptional-folding paper, where we used SHAPE-SEQ data on the SRP RNA (pioneered longtime collaborator Julius Lucks at Northwestern) to constrain molecular dynamics simulations of RNA cotranscriptional folding just came out in Molecular Cell! And it has been getting some great press coverage! Congrats to Paul Gasper and Simi Kaur who did all of the simulations in this work!
