Welcome to Tony Hoang, who has just joined the lab as a Ph.D student at SUNY Chemistry. Tony has an M.S. in computational chemistry from Indiana University Pennsylvania and a B.S. in chemistry from the University of Minnesota. Tony will be working on QM studies of magnesium-RNA interactions.
Also welcome to Angelo Setaro, an undergraduate chemistry major at SUNY who will be joining us for the summer. Angelo will be working on the conformational preferences of RNA loops from viral IRES sequences.
